Inspections will be scheduled promptly. We will call you if any problems occur during scheduling. Our fee for inspection is $70.00 for a single family or duplex home including one garage or $60.00 for a townhouse or condo including one garage. If additional structures are inspected an additional fee may be applied. The prices listed above apply to any properties inspected in Harford, Baltimore, or Cecil counties. Please add $10.00 for any inspections completed in Pennsylvania. We will contact you before performing any inspection if prices are different then those quoted above. INSPECTION FEE IS DUE AT TIME OF INSPECTION. Inspector will accept VISA, MASTERCARD or DISCOVER credit card, cash or check at time inspection. If payment is not made at time of inspection, FEE MUST BE RECEIVED PRIOR TO OUR ISSUING THE WRITTEN MD-1 INSPECTION REPORT. We accept CREDIT CARD payments over the PHONE.
